Seeing a deer is always a surprise. In this case, seeing multiple deer was a breathtaking experience and drew an exclamation of "Oh Dear!" from me. I had to smile to myself at the double meaning. It always saddens me to realize that my reaction to encountering deer is usually the opposite for all the hunters out there. Instead of reaching for my camera, they reach for their weapon. I guess there's a place for both hunters and non-hunters in this world. Peace.
